1. Scope
These terms apply to game listings and premium bookings on ARCAVOTE, operated by ABBES Digital / Robert Finn.
2. Game listings
Submitting a game is free. We review listings before publication and may refuse or remove entries, particularly where content is unlawful or violates our voting rules.
3. Premium services
Boost, Spotlight and Takeover increase visibility only for the purchased period. They do not include votes or influence ranking positions. Service begins on the selected start date or after confirmed payment, as applicable.
4. Prices and payment
Prices displayed when the booking is placed apply. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Unpaid reservations expire after 35 minutes.
5. Suspensions
Following review, verified vote manipulation may result in suspension. Paid services and any refund requests remain subject to applicable contractual provisions and mandatory law.
6. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Contact r.finn2303@gmail.com with requests. Applicable statutory consumer withdrawal rights remain unaffected. Such a right may expire due to early performance only where all legal requirements have been met. Rights concerning services not provided or improperly provided remain in force.
7. Liability
We are liable for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health in accordance with applicable law. For slight negligence affecting essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected.
